Mr. Tika Ram Bhatta is a retired Brigadier General of Nepal Army, where he served for 38 years in various capacities. He has commanded Company, Battalion, Training Centre and Brigade within Nepal and has served on international peace-keeping missions. He has vast experience of working in Operations, Procurement, Peace-keeping and Logistics Departments in the Army Headquarters in a senior management positions. He has been honored with several awards including Gorkha Dakshin Bahu IV & III in recognition of his commitment and dedication towards work.
Mr. Bhatta holds Masters’ Degree in Political Science from Tribhuvan University, Nepal and Masters’ in Management Studies from Osmania University, India. He has completed Command and Staff Course in the Army, Management Trainings from Civil Staff College, Nepal and Crane Field University, UK. In addition, he has also completed the Military and Management trainings in India and USA. He has served in United Nations’ Peace-keeping Missions in Lebanon, Former Yugoslavia and Democratic Republic of Congo.
After the retirement from Nepal Army, he has been working in Butwal Power Company as a Vice-President Corporate Management looking after the management of the Company since last seven years. He has long experience in security and management sectors.
